About the Farmers Market

The Mundelein Farmers Market brings the community together every Saturday to celebrate local agriculture, artisanal goods, and small businesses. Discover the bounty of our local community where freshness meets flavor and community spirit blossoms.

Little Farmers Club

The Little Farmers Club is a fun weekly opportunity for kids ages 3-12 to engage in our local food system and community through educational activities, demonstrations, stories, and exposure to a variety of foods. Kids collect stamps on a membership card and receive a prize and certificate of completion after collecting 10 stamps!

Activities include movement classes, safety discussions, story time, crafts, cooking demonstrations, and more.

Little Makers Market

Young makers ages 6 and up are welcome to join the market as a vendor for the day! They may sell handcrafted items (jewelry, candles, soaps, tie-dye, art) and homemade food items. Each table must have an adult chaperone, and participants provide their own table and chair.

Volunteer Opportunities

The Mundelein Farmers Market welcomes volunteers ages 13 and up. This is a great opportunity for high school students who need service hours - the Market Manager will verify your hours.
